Article 1 [Application]
These terms and conditions apply to the medical corporation Seijukai Terada Family Clinic and shall apply to all relationships that arise in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 6: [Disclaimer]

The hospital assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the service and assumes no warranty or liability for defects.
We do not provide the Service for enquiries for diseases, etc.
This service may not work properly depending on your environment (OS, browser, etc.).
In using the Service, the User shall not be liable for any inquiries, claims, compensation for damages or other infringement of rights (infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights, etc.) from third parties. In the event that you receive a claim for a dispute, etc., or make an inquiry, claim, or claim for compensation for damages, etc., against a third party, you shall resolve the matter at your own responsibility and expense, and the hospital shall not be liable for any such claim.

Article 7 [Temporary or permanent suspension of the Service by the Hospital]
In the event of any of the following events, the Hospital may temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of the Service with prior notice on the Hospital's website. In the event that the Service is terminated in its entirety in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the use of the Service shall be terminated simultaneously.
